New York part Three

Monday, September 17th

We visited Long Beach.
I played with the birds...the tide...one butterfly who landed on me...and the many many shells.
I left soaking wet with my skirt filled with moonsnails.

after walking the boardwalk barefoot.... we went for a slice....or FOUR.

The hardest part about visiting New York...is the drive back.
My reuniting with Sheeba keeps me going.

New York part Two

Sunday, September 16

We spent the day back In Manhattan after bagels on the island.
Walked the Bussiness District. Played on the docks of South Seaport...saw butterfly art and giant plastic bubbles.
drank coconut ginger tea and looked at old building tops.

I watched the water from Battery Park.

Ended the day with vegetarian chinese food in Long Beach and a shower.

New York part ONE

Friday, September 14th:
We drove up to Long Island.
I ate a very big artichoke and drank too much coffee.

Saturday, September 15th:
We walked through Manhattan and went to a large market. I bought silk dresses from India.
Ate berries and drank one very SPICY Martini. Afterwards we drove up to Bayshore to see a friends Band.
They played on the water and the air was most chilling. The evening concluded with pancakes at a diner.
